30 days of blogging honesty ~ Day 06 ~ My worst cooking disaster

My worst cooking disaster involved me_____________ and no other people…

Again this  is something I really cannot remember. That does not mean I am a great cook. I can cook pretty okay. Howsoever, the incident I really remember was trying to cook Gazpacho soup using a microwave oven.I was pretty young at that time. I tried it out on my own, without taking anyone’s help.  I did not tell my mother because i was afraid she will forbid me from using the oven owing to safety reasons.

I made a huge amount of soup. And the worst is I had to finish it all up without telling anyone. Because I was afraid of rejection or people finding fault with it

It turned out to be a soupful experience for me. I havent tried making gazpacho after that :-

Maybe I should try it now. The positive thing is, I realised that I love cooking and I love experimenting different styles.

I’ve never had gazpacho before. As long as you did not get in trouble and you found out how much you love cooking, all is well. Do you know how to schedule posts? You don’t have to post all those days at once because you can set the date you want them to publish. If you need help anybody will help you.

Hahaha, must have been an experience trying to finish out the gazpacho soup!!! I am no cook, hence, am not competent enough to comment on anything related to cooking.

However, I make good *masala tea*, a trait I was forced to learn owing to my awful addiction for drinking tea time and time again and my wife refusing to budge with my frequent inkling for drinking tea!

I agree with comments above — go ahead and try again. It will be even more terrific! And don’t forget to blog about it. :-D

Thanks for the recipe! I don’t think I’m a fan of this soup but I’m going to try to make it one day anyway! That way if I don’t like it it’s not because of my cooking it’s because of the food hahahaha but really you should go for it again and experiment ‘cuz it’s fun!!
